We are looking for an L3 AeroSystems Engineer to work for one of our key defence clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Govern Safety and Airworthiness in support of the Type Airworthiness Authority.
- ADS and ISTA documentation.
- Complete the role of UAST lead Project Engineer and Engineering Authority for CFMAV platform.
- Deliver RTS for Malloy. Sustain beyond RTS.
- Manage engineering and airworthiness aspects of UAS platform programme including in-service support, supported by Letter of Airworthiness Authority holder.
- Direct governance of projects, through the provision of technical guidance and scheduling information to the UAS Project/Delivery Manager.
- Provide technical advice and support to Front Line Commands and Operating Units.
- Provide Release to Service Recommendations and Ship Air Interface technical support to meet RTS and SA-R requirements and programme schedules.
- Task Manager for platform Level 2 Engineering roles as required.
