EA to Directors, Investment Banking (4/1)

Salary: £48,500 – £50,500 1 year maternity cover, July start! About the Role: Do you have Director-level Team EA experience, gained from a fast-paced front office Investment Banking division? Are you looking for a deal-driven environment where everyone pulls together? As a genuine team player, you’ll be a pivotal link in the successful chain. What you’ll be doing day-to-day: Supporting Directors & team in a busy role Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches Coordinating closing dinners Processing expenses Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs Can work from home 1 day a week The skills you need to bring: Solid Team EA/PA experience, gained from Banking (essential) Experience on a Trading Floor is a plus!
