Director of ERP Systems, Oracle Financials Clean Harbors is seeking a Director of ERP Systems, Oracle Financials to lead the design and development of all aspects of a new Cloud Financials implementation and any required changes to existing applications. Responsibilities Design and develop all aspects of new Cloud Financials implementations and required changes to existing applications. Lead systems requirements, design, prototype, implement and rollout solutions. Configure Cloud Financials applications as needed to support solution design. Proactively communicate with key business stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships. Integrate Cloud Financials applications with existing processes. Design and implement custom reports using Cloud Financials reporting tools to meet company needs. Optimize Cloud Financials applications. Collaborate on other Cloud EPM, ERP & SCM projects with teams and business users. Produce documentation for design, training, and administration. Deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. Consult effectively with management and stakeholders. Translate Clean Harbors requirements into solutions using Oracle Cloud best practices, avoiding customizations where possible. Qualifications 15+ years of Oracle ERP Financials experience with Cloud Financials suite. 4+ years of Oracle Cloud Financials consulting experience. Involvement in at least three full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations. Strong proficiency in Cloud Financials solution design, configuration, and deployment. Deep understanding of finance processes, accounting, and reporting standards. Technical solution skills using PaaS/OIC and other tools. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. Strong analytical skills and adaptability in a changing environment. Excellent communication skills. Bachelor\’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field. Knowledge of modules: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and other finance areas.
