We are currently working on a brilliant role based in West Midlands for a Head of Treasury, this role is based within the Hospitality sector and will offer Hybrid working. The role would be ideal for Senior Management Accountants or Finance Managers with Treasury experience looking to take the next step into a Head of Role.
The role will be reporting into the Treasury Director supporting with strategic Treasury & Financial projects, while ensuring that Treasury & Cash functions are working correctly. This role will require someone Qualified as although based within the Treasury function you will need to have a true understanding of how the wider Finance team runs.
Full Responsibilities will include:- Lead the Treasury Function within the organisation
- Supporting the Director of Treasury on strategic projects
- Working to ensure current contractual agreements are honoured
- Reporting on debt facilities
- Relationship management with Bank & debt holders
- Ownership of internal treasury policy
- Work with & support the wider Finance team with Period end reporting & Management reports
- Support teams in allowing maximum liquidity
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
- Strong Communicator
- Able to inspire others
- Previous experience handling complex external relationships
- Must be able to interpret and translate financial information to non-financial colleagues clearly
