Real Estate Partner – Potential Day 1 Partnership – Succession Role

We are working with a well-respected mid-sized commercial firm, who are looking to recruit a commercial property partner as part of a succession planning process. Corporate is the firm’s largest department, and there are highly rated teams in commercial disputes, commercial and IP, technology, employment and commercial real estate. The real estate team is directory rated and acts for developers, lenders, investors and corporate occupiers. Sector focuses include hotels, TMT, professional services and retail. Due to upcoming succession planning the firm is keen to recruit one, potentially two new partners. This could be an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate, Legal Director or Counsel level lawyer who is currently blocked from partnership, as the firm has had good success with this hiring route in the past. You will require your own client following for this position, albeit at lower levels than the larger Circle and international firms. We love working with this firm – the management are accessible and engaging, and the interview process is straightforward. They are in a positive growth phase and have recently hired laterals from very high-quality firms.
