DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to join the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Strategy team. The role involves developing and executing long-term DSP strategies for Methods of Transport (MoT), collaborating closely with NA-based DSP product and tech teams. The focus will be on building prioritization and scaling mechanisms to expand the DSP program into new regions.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work across global stakeholders to enhance the Amazon customer experience. The candidate will establish relationships across complex organizational structures and drive consensus on strategic directions, embodying leadership principles such as Think Big, Earn Trust, Dive Deep, and Deliver Results. Success requires navigating ambiguity, leveraging data for roadmaps, and interest in product and technology development.

  5. Apply hypothesis-driven problem-solving, supported by quantitative and qualitative analysis, business judgment, and framing complex problems.
  6. Work on significant, often unstructured, business opportunities.
  7. Build trust across Amazon teams such as finance, legal, corporate development, operations, and tech to achieve objectives.
