One of our long-term agency clients are hiring due to continued growth and staff retention.
They're looking for 360 recruiters or recruitment managers and are open to sector background as they have a lot of work on.
They pay large commissions, offer flexi/hybrid, and have a healthy working culture.
They already have an abundance of long-term clients – so it would be relatively easy for someone to come in and win business from week 1, in addition to bringing their own business in the long-term.
This role would ideally be based in Edinburgh – but due to the office set up – they would consider people outside of the area.
