Our Sales Advisers help customers find their dream home and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. You need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and requirements. These include listening, questioning, empathy, product demonstration, and closing skills.

Reporting to a Sales Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive local knowledge, including amenities, schools, transport links, and competitors.
  • Have a thorough understanding of our product and pricing.
  • Effectively follow up leads to convert inquiries into site visits.
  • Utilize our sales methodology, schemes, and incentives to close sales.
  • Achieve sales targets in line with business requirements.

To be successful, we are looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience in delivering sales in service environments such as housebuilding, retail, hospitality, banking, or estate agency.
  • Are commercially astute with a good understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Understand and act upon customer needs to maintain the company's reputation.
