We are looking for an ambitious Customer Service Agent to join the team based in Newmarket (onsite position). After the probation period, a hybrid model will be applicable (3 days office/2 days home). There are 5 excellent Customer Service Agents, including a Team Leader. They are the main point of contact for our UK & Ireland based clients, guiding our customers through the post-sales process. The Customer Service Agent at Arrow will work as part of a busy team providing excellent Customer Service to Arrow customers. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
- Providing support to customers and internal Account Managers in the day-to-day running of the accounts and assisting with customer queries.
- Liaising with other departments internally e.g.: Purchasing, Accounts, Dispatch, Technical Consultants, to fulfil customer requirements/queries, organizing shipments etc.
- Resolving queries and raising credit where necessary.
- General administration duties: preparing reports etc.
- Updating customers of delivery expectations.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in the office/administration job and Customer Service.
- Business fluency in English.
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft tools - especially MS Excel.
- Understands the sales process and the importance of customers.
- Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to their workload.
- Good organization skills - Able to work on their own.
- Team player.
