The Specialist & Prestige Retail Manager is a strategic commercial role designed to drive growth, engagement and premium positioning within the high-value spirits category across the UK.
With flexible/remote working and reporting to the MD, this role oversees relationships with key retailers and premium outlets, ensuring excellence in customer service and brand representation for a portfolio of specialist whiskies, prestige spirits and champagne.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing a sales and activation strategy to grow the value of key brands across specialist and luxury retailers; act as the face of the brand portfolio; deliver engaging training sessions and tastings for trade partners, internal teams, whisky clubs and public to enhance knowledge and brand advocacy; and oversee pricing, promotions and positioning strategies to optimise volume and value growth.
To be considered, you will have a proven track record of developing new business and of growing key accounts within the UK Specialist/Prestige Retail channel; selling high-value whiskies & spirits.
