Base pay range

We are looking for Domiciliary Carers to join our team in Leamington spa and surrounding areas.

This is a Part time, permanent position with a salary of £13 to £26 per hour.

Available shift times:

Morning: 7am -12pm

Evening: 6pm 10pm

This role is pivotal to New Age Care’s success, and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate’s skills and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to service users in their homes, assisting them with daily living activities.
• Assist service users with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
• Help service users to take their medication.
• Support service users with mobility and access to activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to service users.
• Ensure service users’ safety and respect their rights and choices.
• Maintain accurate records and write reports.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

• No expereince required, just a caring and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• A valid driving license.
