The Operations Assistant handles tasks related to receiving, locating, replenishing, counting, picking, checking, packing, and dispatching goods in the warehouse. The role also involves processing customer sales orders and returns accurately and promptly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accept inbound deliveries and record purchase details.
- Unpack, check, and store received goods in correct warehouse locations.
- Perform stock replenishments and report stock movements accurately to maintain location accuracy.
- Conduct cyclical stock counts as directed.
- Select goods for customer orders, pack securely, and attach shipping labels.
- Perform 100% checks on all picked orders.
- Process customer returns according to instructions.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

- Qualifications: Counterbalance / Reach Truck Operator certification, Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
