An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our client as a Sales Co-ordinator for a local company. The company has been established in Bicester for many years and within the Sales team, you will be working alongside 3 other Sales Coordinators and reporting to the Sales Director.
Offering £30,000-£35,000 per annum dependent on experience, the hours of work are 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday.
Duties of the Sales Coordinator:- Issue quotations.
- Support the UK based team with administration.
- Process orders.
- Organise deliveries through SAP.
- Communicate with customers, providing up to date order progress.
- Maintain up to date client and project data.
- Supply cover to other departments during absences, including credit control, maintaining and updating price lists, processing of invoices, events/travel management, and updating complaints reports.
- Previous administration and coordination experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Computer literate and experienced using Word, Excel and Outlook.
- A good multitasker and happy to work across varied tasks.
Previous SAP experience and the ability to speak German would also be seen as advantageous for this role.
Offering 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and potential to work hybrid 1 day per week after longevity with the company.
