A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work at Pentland Land Rover in Stirling as a Service Advisor. Do you have what it takes to work in a highly demanding, customer-focused role? The Role as Service Advisor

  • Evaluate customer needs regarding servicing or repair requirements, in line with Vehicle Health Checks.
  • Ensure the customer is aware of all applicable costs and the progress of repairs in a timely manner, handling objections competently.
  • Coordinate internally with workshop colleagues to progress the vehicle through the service process.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve customer satisfaction objectives whilst adhering to manufacturer standards and dealership procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer details to ensure the database is up to date.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge on additional products and services.
  • Work in line with all service and warranty policies of both group and manufacturer.

Skills & experience that will help Service Advisors succeed in this role

  • Previous customer service experience is preferable.
  • Ability to deliver first-class service to achieve company and manufacturer objectives.
  • Self-motivated with experience of achieving targets.
  • Confident and professional communication skills.
