We are seeking a highly capable Lead Commercial Manager to take a key role within a commercial team. The successful candidate will lead or support all aspects of the procurement lifecycle, ensuring the effective delivery of procurement objectives in a complex and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans. Conduct comprehensive market analysis and supplier engagement activities. Prepare and manage procurement documentation in line with regulatory and governance requirements. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure best value. Balance team-wide commercial demands and support successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with legal and procurement frameworks, including OJEU procedures such as Competitive Dialogue. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in commercial and procurement functions, particularly within IT procurement. Strong understanding of public procurement legislation and procedures. Skilled in contract drafting, supplier negotiation, and stakeholder management. Experience delivering full end-to-end procurements, including working with suppliers outside of frameworks. Familiarity with the Jaggaer e-procurement tool, or the ability to learn new systems quickly (desirable). #J-18808-Ljbffr
