This is a newly created Senior Procurement Director role, responsible for leading sourcing and procurement efforts for high-profile private hospitals and healthcare centres. You will oversee a team of 20 professionals across clinical, pharmaceutical, and services procurement, focusing on creating value and quality rather than just cost-cutting. Role Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing: Managing complex sourcing initiatives in collaboration with clinical and services teams to ensure optimal value for patients and stakeholders. Supplier Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare suppliers nationwide, with potential for travel. Leadership: Leading a team of procurement professionals to deliver excellence. Innovation: Implementing innovative procurement solutions to improve sourcing processes and service quality. Qualifications: Significant experience in clinical or services sourcing within healthcare or pharmaceuticals. Proven leadership in managing and inspiring procurement teams. Passion for innovation and adopting cutting-edge sourcing practices. Commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Relevant degree and industry certifications (CIPS / MCIPS) preferred.
