Interim IT Procurement Lead

We are currently working with a local authority who are looking for an Interim IT Procurement Lead to establish a robust portfolio management and technical support function, underpinned by best practice delivery methodologies such as the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT service management frameworks. As part of this transformation, the council is sourcing a range of new systems and applications to support the growth and operational maturity of the organisation. The successful applicant will have to coordinate and manage procurement activities across their work streams, ensuring compliance with public sector procurement regulations and frameworks.
