Our client is seeking a physically fit and competent Warehouse Supervisor to take the reins in a busy, hands-on warehouse environment. If you’re enthusiastic, a quick learner, and ready to lead from the front, this could be the ideal role for you.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations and staff workflow
- Accurately pick and prepare products for dispatch
- Learn and apply technical knowledge related to product sizes, lengths, and specifications (full training provided)
- Handle repetitive tasks including cutting and reeling equipment with precision
- Operate or assist with forklift duties (licence preferred but not essential)
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks, including heavy lifting
- Numerate and detail-oriented with the ability to quickly grasp technical information
- Strong leadership skills with a sense of responsibility and initiative
