Venn Group has been approached by a Housing Association to recruit for a Multi-Skilled Plasterer on a temporary ongoing contract.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working as a Plasterer.
Day to day duties:
- Full wall plastering and partition wall work on social housing properties
- Replastering after walls have been chased
- Skimming and damp proofing in tenanted and void properties
- Complying with all Health and Safety procedures on site
- Ability to carry out tiling (a couple of rows around baths and splashbacks)
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Own Transport
