Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Accounts Assistant in our Park Gate office.
- Process incoming rental payments
- Allocate payments to correct accounts
- Chase and follow up on rent arrears
- Prepare and process landlord disbursements
- Pay contractors for maintenance and repair works
- Bank Reconciliation, Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with deposit protection schemes (e.g., TDS, DPS)
- Deal with queries regarding accounts and statements
- Generate financial reports for internal use
- Assist with monthly and year-end reporting
