Role Overview

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for an Employability Caseworker to join our Employability team in Middlesbrough, until the 31st March 2026 on a 18.5 hour contract.

Key Responsibilities

• You’ll manage your own caseload of participants and support them through the process from first contact.
• You’ll promote our employability service to enhance our offering to participants.
• You’ll be generating referrals in our local neighbourhoods and supporting our customers.

About You

• You’ll be comfortable engaging with participants in various ways such as group sessions and one on one support.
• You’ll be comfortable prioritising your time to effectively manage your caseload.
• We require the successful candidate to hold an IAG Level 3 Diploma or be willing to work towards it.
