My client, a successful real estate law firm, is looking for a full-time Paralegal to join their team in Watertown. This role is 5 days onsite, with a salary range of $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus fantastic benefits, including free parking!
Position Highlights:
- Full Cycle Processing of closing packages, without assistance, review or supervision
- Title commitments and title policies preparation - ability to understand and interpret title clearing
- Closing Disclosure input and collaboration in conveyancing software, including various types of data entry, funding/balancing ledgers and preparing and cutting checks from conveyancing software
- Working with lenders, real estate agents, buyers and sellers
Experience with TRID is required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Residential Real Estate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet Explorer and Adobe
- Must have experience with conveyancing software
- Experience with SoftPro software is a plus but not required
