Fosse Support Services has an exciting opportunity for experienced mental health support workers to join our rapidly growing division in Nottingham! We are opening a new 14-bed supported living service in mid to late January, and you could be a part of it!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with mental health needs
  • Implement and follow individualized behavior plans supported by our positive behavioral support lead
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
  • Support individuals in developing and maintaining social skills and independence
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the well-being and progress of individuals
  • Document and report significant observations or incidents to management
  • Support clients accessing the community
  • Be a helpful and friendly presence!

Note: You will need to complete our induction process, which takes approximately 2-4 weeks, before starting at the new service. This allows you to be among the first to join this exciting new venture!

We offer both full-time and part-time positions.

Salary: Starting from £11 per hour

Location: Nottingham City

Expected start date: Week commencing 19th February 2024

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 16 – 37.5 per week

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Day shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shifts
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of mental health support experience preferred
