About the Role
Providing Excellent Levels Of Customer Service, You Will Advise And Assist Members Of The Public On How To Use The Site In Order To Maximise Recovery Of Materials They Are Depositing, Which Will Involve
- A flexible approach is required
- Full driving license is required and own transport is preferable
- Maintaining accurate records for the removal of materials from the site
- Controlling the exchange of containers by booking loads with the relevant person, thus ensuring the site always has space to segregate and store material correctly
- Maintaining a tidy site within his/her areas of responsibility
- Ensuring SUEZ complies fully with its legal duties in respect of the health, safety and welfare of its employees and of other people who may be affected by his/her actions or omissions
- Co‑operating with SUEZ and other employees to comply with the site permit, all applicable legislation, and SUEZ Policies and Procedures
- Any other duties that are reasonably requested within the scope of the job‑role.
Contract Details
- Salary £29,764.65 per annum
- Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- Start/finish times: 10.5 hours per shift in winter (07:45‑18:15), then 12.5 hours per shift in summer (07:45‑20:15)
- Working 38.5 hours per week – Monday to Sunday
- Full PPE provided
Qualifications
- A good level of customer service and ability to work in a team
- Ideally prior mobile plant use is desirable but full training will be given
- A flexible approach to work will be advantageous as you will be expected to cover holiday and sick days if required
- Full driving licence
