Multi-Modal Operations Coordinator – Aberdeen

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator who specialises in either ocean, air and/or road logistics transportation with import and/or export experience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of the importation and/or exportation via sea, air or road.

The Individual

The successful candidate will be personable, a good team player with excellent organisational and adaptable skill set.

Typical Job Duties – What are you responsible for?

• Calculating, negotiating and preparing air/sea freight quotations
• Managing all air/sea export from start to finish
• Preparing air/sea freight documentation
• Working collaboratively with other departments
• Following up quotes
• Developing relationships with clients and shipping lines
• Managing accounts
