As a Helpdesk Operator working with the London Borough of Havering, you will be based in our Rainham branch. Your responsibilities will include providing administration and helpdesk support, managing communications with clients, team members, and subcontractors, and ensuring efficient scheduling of works orders through our in-house system. You will allocate repair works to trade operatives and ensure all tasks are completed with minimal turnaround time.
Main Duties:
- Answering calls from residents and booking appointments for operatives.
- Assisting with email responses and diary management for supervisors and surveyors.
- Performing other administrative responsibilities within the branch.
Role Criteria:
- Experience in a call centre environment.
- Good customer service skills.
- IT literacy.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
