Main duties involve:
- To carry out maintenance works efficiently and to a high standard, providing a professional plumbing service, including guttering, and completing all tasks to an acceptable standard.
- Delivering KPIs whilst adhering to HSEQ requirements.
- Flexibility to work within a team or alone and work tidally within residents' properties utilizing 1st & 2nd fix and maintenance.
- Assisting schedulers and other trades with technical knowledge when required.
- Assisting line managers / supervisors with the day-to-day running of jobs.
- Taking responsibility for one's own actions and workload.
- Producing and delivering the required operational paperwork (e.g., Job Sheets, Time-sheets, etc.).
- Producing and evaluating Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
- Adhering to Client Health and Safety Standards and Procedures.
- Implementing and controlling safe work practices on site, including ensuring the correct PPE is provided and used.
Skills and experience:
- Qualified Plumber.
- Experience of working in social housing would be advantageous.
