Each day will vary; however, the core components of your role will include:
- Help our patients calling in with a wide range of enquiries from arranging sight tests to arranging refractive treatments.
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience always putting the patient first.
- Display strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Build trust and rapport with our patients ensuring the best possible outcome to their enquiry.
- Display strong administration skills.
- Always look for opportunities to improve the patient journey.
