What You Will Do:
- Lead the update, revision, and control of DFMEA and DRBFMs across vehicle structures, ensuring alignment with corporate metrics.
- Drive failure mode avoidance activities to enhance vehicle structure quality and reliability.
- Spearhead improvements in warranty performance, R/1000, A/1000, TGW, White Alerts, and Grey Alerts.
- Support the resolution of technical assistance queries and engineering-led IQM projects.
- Oversee lessons learned processes, ensuring timely reviews, robust risk analysis, and actionable resolution plans.
- Provide expertise in 3DEx Total Requirements Management for design rules and requirements release.
