Zitko is delighted to be partnering with this independently owned group of established businesses who design, install, maintain and monitor electronic life safety and security systems to recruit an Engineering Supervisor.
Operating from St Albans, Hertfordshire, with 65 employees, the group's vision is to scale a sustainable and dynamic group of businesses through continuous investment and development of its people.
Due to continued expansion, our client is currently looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor with an extensive knowledge of installation and small works. You will have the drive and desire to want to learn and grow within a highly technical and customer-facing environment.
Working alongside the Project Management Team, you will support the day-to-day onsite and technical operations, in leading, inspiring, engaging and developing a diverse team of Engineers.

Salary: £42,000 to £48,000 + benefits
- 9 day working fortnight
- 25 days’ holiday, plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 35 days (1 day extra per annum to 30 days and a further 5 days after 10 years)
