£12.60 per hour -Paid breaks

BankContract –

Shift pattern to include weekends.

Shift pattern can vary from 8am – 7pm.

As the front of house, you represent the welcoming spirit of our award-winning village. Our reception team is crucial in providing a warm welcome to our visitors, whether they\’re greeting them in person or speaking with them over the phone.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

To demonstrate and deliver Spa and Beauty Treatments to a standard of excellence, previous experience essential.

Excellent organisational and communicational skills.

Have a high standard of customer service experience.

Liaise with wellness spa manager to ensure stock level checks are completed

Carry out housekeeping duties to ensure work areas within the Spa are maintained to a high standard.

To reach and exceed retail targets

Additional duties to include reception cover to include takings bookings and enquires, in the absence of the receptionist.

To have a good understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance

Attend internal/external training courses

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Previous experience in Spa facilities, qualifications to include NVQ Level 2 or above in beauty therapy or ITEC equivalent.

Should exhibit outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage time efficiently, which are crucial for teamwork and independent tasks.
