Join a dynamic and innovative team within the newly formed Systems Alliance, where you’ll play a key role in driving collaboration and operational excellence across the project. We’re looking for a Support Services Manager/Change Manager who is passionate about effective governance and stakeholder engagement in a public sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of the Alliance Business Plan, Governance Plan, Management Plan, and Collaboration Development and Support Plan.
- Foster collaboration among alliance contractors to ensure effective coordination of programs, aligning with cost and schedule targets.
- Drive best practices and enhance project management and change management capabilities across the organisation.
- Develop and implement operating models to optimise project outcomes.
- Communicate complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing, to diverse stakeholders.
- Identify problems and develop effective solutions while managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder demands.
- Track business performance against KPIs, providing insightful reports to senior stakeholders.
