- You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number, committed to the standards of practice set by the NMC.

- You understand the importance of effective communication and role model professional behaviours.
- You advocate for a person-centred approach to care for residents and their families.
- You can recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
