ROLE SUMMARY:
This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing online jewellery business based in the heart of Bristol. This is a rewarding customer-facing role, interacting directly with a luxury clientele and with the capacity for high earning potential.
As an ecommerce retailer, most of our communication with our customers is through emails, DMs and social media platforms. This is an inside sales position demanding the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.
You will need to be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, organisation, time management, written communication skills and emotional intelligence.
Permanent, Full Time
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week). Flexitime available.
The role is office based since you will need to regularly handle jewellery in person to answer sales and customer service enquiries, but work from home can be arranged occasionally where convenient.

- £28.6k OTE – £26k basic plus discretionary quarterly and annual bonuses.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle sales enquiries from introduction to close across different platforms (Email, Etsy, Instagram etc).
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and customers.
- Meet high-value clients face to face on premises for viewings and appointments.
- Coordinate internally with other stakeholders at Lillicoco to build and refine campaigns and events to generate new leads.
- Stay on top of essential administration surrounding your role. Update content management systems, ensure that customer invoices and payments are being made on time and that special requests are taken into account quickly and accurately.
- Manage problems that occasionally arise with orders, including shipping issues and return requests.
- Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure that customer’s orders are being sent out promptly, and that returns are processed properly.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of luxury retail / ecommerce sales experience.
- 1-2 years experience in the jewellery industry (manufacturing, retail or ecommerce).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors level degree or above preferred, demonstrating competence in written and verbal communication.
