Smile Education are recruiting on behalf of a two-form entry primary school based in Tamworth for an Intervention Support Assistant.
What your day would look like:
- Leading small group intervention sessions focusing on specific subjects.
- Providing effective feedback to learners and their families.
- Marking work tasks completed during sessions.
- Supporting children with SEND on a 1:1 basis where required.
- Ensuring children are learning in a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Supervising and managing group behaviour.
