An exciting opportunity in Westerham, Kent for a Support Worker/Teaching Assistant. We are looking for dedicated individuals capable of delivering person-centered care based on individual care plans for our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of child protection & safeguarding
- Promoting an environment that encourages individuality & confidence
- Monitoring and supporting healthcare needs and wellbeing
- Managing challenging behaviours, including working with children who have experienced trauma
Desirable Experience:
- Safeguarding of children
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 certification
- Ofqual certification
- Basic Life Support (Level 3 for children)
- Understanding of therapeutic approaches to childcare
