An exciting opportunity in Westerham, Kent for a Support Worker/Teaching Assistant. We are looking for dedicated individuals capable of delivering person-centered care based on individual care plans for our clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge of child protection & safeguarding
  • Promoting an environment that encourages individuality & confidence
  • Monitoring and supporting healthcare needs and wellbeing
  • Managing challenging behaviours, including working with children who have experienced trauma

Desirable Experience:

  • Safeguarding of children
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 certification
  • Ofqual certification
  • Basic Life Support (Level 3 for children)
  • Understanding of therapeutic approaches to childcare

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 6 months UK experience working with children, with references

  • Proof of UK work eligibility
  • Driver's Licence (preferred)
