Description of the Job:

A professional auto mechanic is needed to join our team at FAV Ltd. in the United Kingdom.

About the business:

Automobile sales firm. We are prepared to sponsor eligible candidates and bring them to the UK.

Responsibilities include:

• Car maintenance and repairs
• Identifying problems and resolving them to maximize functionality and dependability
• Examining engines and mechanical/electrical parts, diagnosing issues accurately
• Resolving MOT issues
• Performing timing chain replacements, head gasket replacements, and engine overhauls confidently
• Switching between manual and automatic transmissions
• Performing regular maintenance (lubricating parts, changing fluids, etc.) and maintaining tools and equipment

Prior experience and education at Levels 1-3 are required.

Minimum requirements:

• Automotive Technology or Automotive Technology Bachelor’s Degree
• Courses in mechanics
• At least 7 years of automotive repair experience
• Responsibilities include routine repairs, maintenance, and record-keeping
• Maintaining facilities and equipment for safety and longevity
• Using diagnostic tools for accurate problem detection

Schedule:

Ten-hour workdays, with overtime possible
