About Caudwell House: Caudwell House has vacancies for Relief Residential Care Workers. We provide care for children with physical disabilities and health needs. Our facility has 4 residential beds and up to 5 short-term break beds.

Candidate Requirements:

  • We seek committed, resilient individuals to work with our children.
  • Ideally, you will have NVQ3/Diploma Level 3 in residential child care or an equivalent qualification. If not, you will be required to undertake this qualification.
  • You should have at least 6 months of experience in residential child care.

Working Conditions:

This is a 24-hour service requiring shifts during evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. Enhanced pay rates apply for evening, weekend, and bank holiday shifts, increasing your basic salary.
