What You'll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain Garden & Groundcare machinery.
- Carry out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance.
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Keep accurate records of all jobs and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety procedures.
- Support the Branch Service Manager in delivering operational excellence.
Experience required:
- Experience working with garden, groundcare, agricultural or related machinery.
- Great problem-solving skills and a knack for diagnostics.
- Strong communication and customer service mindset.
