We are seeking a motivated HR Intern for a full-time, 12-month placement in Wrexham. This role provides hands-on experience in a generalist HR position, supporting activities like recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, talent management, and HR administration. You will collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to impactful projects.
Responsibilities- Support new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Assist with HR campaigns, events, and initiatives to promote engagement and development.
- Compile and update reports on HR metrics, providing insights to the team and stakeholders.
- Address employee queries and concerns collaboratively with managers and HR colleagues.
- Participate in HR projects related to engagement, talent development, and continuous improvement.
