What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform advanced soldering (SMT), crimping, cable work, and complex assemblies to industry standards (IPC-610/620).
- Work from technical drawings and documentation to build, test, and inspect components from prototype to production.
- Collaborate with engineers and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers, continuous improvement, and compliance with rigorous quality benchmarks.
- Support audits, maintain tool traceability, and drive high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.
What You’ll Bring
- 5 years’ experience in technical production roles within electronic/mechanical assembly.
- Proficiency in IPC 610 & 620, excellent mechanical aptitude, and strong understanding of components and schematics.
