Pharmaceutical Operative

Location: Runcorn

Salary: £31,226 per annum

Shifts: Rotational (Double Shifts: 6:00 AM-2:00 PM and 2:00 PM-10:00 PM)

Contract Type: Permanent

Total Staff, recruiting on behalf of a reputable pharmaceutical client, is seeking dedicated Pharmaceutical Technicians to join their aseptic unit. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment, ensuring high standards of safety and quality in the preparation of parental batch feeds.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble parental batch feeds following a Bill of Materials (BoM).
• Work in a cleanroom environment, adhering strictly to gowning protocols and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Handle materials and equipment with precision to meet production and quality requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of all processes to ensure traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Actively contribute to a safe and efficient workspace by identifying and addressing potential risks.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience working in a cleanroom environment is essential.
• Strong understanding of SOPs and GMP.
• Ability to work accurately and follow strict protocols.
• Flexibility to work rotational double shifts.
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with excellent organizational skills.
