Responsibilities

Requirements / Qualifications

• Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Tutor and willingness to take the next step into a Community Teacher role.
• Resilient, patient, and passionate about supporting vulnerable young people.
• Strong behaviour management skills with experience working 1:1.
• Ability to adapt approach to individual needs and circumstances.
• The client will provide training and full support for transition into this role.
