Process Worker

ANZCO Foods Eltham has several Process Worker positions available for the 2025-2026 season, starting in October. Relevant experience is useful but not essential, as full training will be provided. These are day and night shift positions.

Location and Work Schedule

Located on Ferry Road, Eltham, applicants must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays. These full-time roles offer a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a weekly earning potential of at least $705, including allowances and piece rates. Hours may fluctuate above 30 hours depending on workflow, seasonal demands, and annual shutdown periods.

Responsibilities

1. Yard duties and handling livestock
2. Processing meat carcasses according to customer specifications
3. Separating organs and glands from carcasses using safe knife handling practices
4. Operating machinery to process, pack, and transfer carcasses or products
5. Packing boned meat and meat products into cartons
6. Moving carcasses to chillers and freezers
7. Loading meat products into trucks
8. Cleaning and sanitising work equipment and areas
