Hargreaves Industrial Services is a leading provider of contract operation and maintenance services. We are seeking a Multi-Functional Operator in Castleford, West Yorkshire.

The role involves:

1. Attending meetings and training sessions
2. Complying with Safe Working Procedures
3. Operating mobile plant including front end loaders, forklifts, telehandlers, scissor lifts
4. Traffic management duties
5. Cleaning the tipping hall
6. Supporting daily operations of the EfW plant
7. Maintaining plant and equipment in safe, clean condition
8. Providing field support when needed
9. Supporting secondary roles, including industrial cleaning duties
10. Working on a shift rota, including occasional Saturdays

The ideal candidate will have:

1. Good communication skills at all levels
2. Excellent IT system knowledge
3. NPORS qualification to operate mobile plant (essential)
4. Problem-solving skills
5. Flexibility and teamwork
6. Ability to work independently
7. Understanding of Health & Safety and Safe Working Procedures
8. Good timekeeping and willingness to work overtime
