All about the role:

  • Location: Luton, LU4 9QQ; hybrid working scheme available after passing probation.
  • Salary: £23,500 - £24,500 gross p.a. (based on 37.5 hours/week) + quarterly bonus
  • Contract: Permanent
  • Full-time: 37.5 hours/week, with variable shifts.
  • Contact hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6:15pm; Saturdays 9am to 1pm (1 in 4 Saturdays required).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality service to consumers, aligned with department and business expectations.
  • Investigate and resolve escalated complaints, owning cases to resolution.
  • Proactively manage consumer and customer cases.
  • Use feedback tools to understand the consumer journey.
  • Identify and respond to consumer needs.
  • Drive improvements with the consumer at the center of all activities.
  • Contribute to team and departmental enhancements.
  • Build relationships through proactive communication with stakeholders.
  • Accurately record consumer information on CRM systems, complying with GDPR.
  • Seek opportunities to upsell through service.
