Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide outstanding friendly customer service.
2. Follow all company policies and procedures.
3. Maintain cleanliness of check-stands and assist in spill cleanup.
4. Maintain a neat, professional appearance.
5. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
6. Adhere to management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
7. Support safety standards and report equipment issues.
8. Treat all colleagues with fairness and respect.
9. Perform price checks accurately.
10. Manage store supplies responsibly.
11. Perform cleaning duties including sweeping and restroom maintenance.
12. Assist in spill and breakage cleanup to prevent hazards.
13. Observe security standards and report suspicious activity.
14. Keep the store environment clean and orderly.
15. Sort and return bottles as per vendor requirements.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Meet minimum age requirements for the role.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks.
• Ability to perform technical job requirements.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent repetitive motions while standing.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Push/pull weight up to 75 pounds.
• Handle various substances related to cleaning and food products.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manage shopping carts and bottles as needed.

Preferred Requirements:

• Greeting customers and providing assistance.
• Bagging and returning items appropriately.
• Managing bottle returns and operating bottle crushing equipment safely.
• Meeting physical requirements with or without accommodations.

Salary range: $15.10 – $22.60 per hour.
