Position Summary

The LPN provides quality care within the scope of practice as outlined by state law, performs delegated tasks, monitors patients, and collaborates with healthcare team members.

• Evening and Night Shifts

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate from an LPN program
• Licensed as an LPN in the state of employment
• Active CPR certification
• Knowledge of state laws and regulations
• Completion of clinical competencies

Essential Functions

• Meet individual health needs systematically
• Implement nursing care within scope of practice
• Assist in developing and implementing patient teaching plans
• Care for wounds and administer medications
• Monitor vital signs and document actions
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned
