Venn Group has been approached by a local contractor to recruit for a floor layer on a temporary ongoing basis in Leeds.

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a floor layer in social housing. The duties will include:

  • Day to day repairs on tenanted social housing properties
  • Install vinyl floor in wet rooms
  • Carry out cap and cove floor installation
  • Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
  • Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site

Essential Skills/Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 in Floor Laying or equivalent
  • Driving Licence (van provided)
