- Service à la clientèle : Saluer le client rapidement et recueillir les renseignements sur l’ordonnance conformément aux normes. S’acquitter de ses tâches en priorité selon le rôle attribué au tableau d’attribution des rôles. Consulter le pharmacien pour toutes les questions cliniques. Veiller à ce que les clients qui ont besoin de conseils soient orientés vers le pharmacien. Tenir à jour et contrôler la caisse de l’officine. Préparer et soumettre les commandes à l’exception des médicaments contrôlés et des narcotiques. Vérifier la facturation des tiers payeurs en ligne et gérer manuellement les comptes de tiers payeurs. Répondre au téléphone et consulter un pharmacien au besoin. Gérer les télécopies reçues conformément aux normes de pratique de la pharmacie. Aider le pharmacien à coordonner les rappels. Classer avec exactitude les documents remplis conformément aux normes de pratique de la pharmacie.
- Démarches opérationnelles relatives aux ordonnances : Participer à la préparation des ordonnances selon les normes de l’entreprise et les services professionnels. Saisir les données des nouvelles ordonnances et gérer le traitement des demandes de renouvellement. Sélectionner les médicaments pour exécuter les ordonnances conformément aux normes de pratique de la pharmacie. Compter ou mesurer les médicaments, emballer et étiqueter efficacement les ordonnances conformément aux normes de la pharmacie. Saisir avec exactitude les données requises et les tenir à jour dans les systèmes de la pharmacie concernés.
Compétences et qualifications :
